What Is Ceramic Coating?

The surface of every car includes primer, a coat of paint, and the clear coat which protects the paint from harmful elements. A ceramic coating is a product designed to be applied on top of the clear coat.

A ceramic coating is essentially an additional layer of protection on the surface of your car. It utilizes nanotechnology, tiny particles that come together to form a very thin and transparent layer that is completely invisible to the naked eye.

The ceramic layer seals your car's paint, resulting in hydrophobic properties, as well as superior resistance to ultraviolet rays, scratches, and chemicals. Ceramic coatings are semi-permanent, meaning they will not wash away or break down over a short period of time.

Pricing and Paint Correction

Pricing is dependent on the condition and quality of paint prior to installation, the size of the vehicle, and the chosen coating. Paint correction is recommended prior to ceramic coating installation to revive paint to near perfect condition before adding this layer of protection.
